The HONEYWELL Z90Y00811-20 is a traffic zone yellow latex marking paint formulated for high-visibility line striping on streets, parking lots, and paved surfaces. This water-based, fast-drying formula reaches a normal dry time of 10 minutes at 77 degrees F and 50% humidity. It meets or exceeds current VOC regulations and complies with Federal Specification TT-P-01952E Types I and II. Applied by airless or conventional line sprayer, it delivers a flat finish suited for durable pavement markings. Each 5-gallon unit covers approximately 300 to 350 square feet per gallon or roughly 320 lineal feet when striping a 4-inch-wide line.

This paint is intended for use on cured asphalt, concrete, brick, and other street or highway surfaces. It is commonly applied by pavement marking contractors, facilities maintenance crews, and parking lot striping professionals. The formula supports ambient, airless, conventional, or heated application methods, allowing flexibility across different job-site conditions. Do not apply to wet surfaces. Installation Notes
