The HONEYWELL Z90W00810-20 is a white latex traffic zone marking paint formulated for fast-dry performance on streets, parking lots, and other paved surfaces. This water-based paint dries to a flat finish in approximately 10 minutes at 77 degrees F and 50% relative humidity. It meets or exceeds current VOC regulations and complies with Federal Specification TT-P-01952E Types I and II. The 5-gallon container covers approximately 300 to 350 square feet per gallon, or roughly 320 lineal feet per gallon when applied as a 4-inch stripe. Application requires an airless or conventional line sprayer — brush and roller application are not suitable for this product.
This traffic paint is intended for use on cured asphalt, concrete, brick, and other street or highway surfaces. It is well suited for parking lot striping, road marking, and curb delineation on both municipal and commercial projects. The fast dry time supports high-throughput striping operations where lane or lot access must be restored quickly. Application equipment may be operated at ambient temperature or heated to accelerate dry time further. Do not apply to wet or uncured surfaces.
Designed for use on cured asphalt, concrete, brick, and other street or highway surfaces. Apply using an airless line sprayer at 1800 to 2700 psi with a .015 to .019 inch tip, or a conventional line sprayer at 20 to 80 psi atomization pressure.
This product should be applied by qualified pavement marking contractors or maintenance personnel using appropriate line striping equipment. Do not apply to wet surfaces, and ensure the substrate is fully cured before marking. Flush spray equipment with mineral spirits after use to prevent internal rusting. Thin with water up to 12.5% by volume if needed to achieve proper spray consistency.
