Product Description

The HONEYWELL Z90W00810-16 is a white latex traffic zone marking paint formulated for fast-dry application on paved surfaces. It delivers a flat finish with a normal dry time of 10 minutes at 77 degrees F at 50 percent humidity. Dry time can be accelerated using ambient, airless, conventional, or heated spray equipment. One gallon covers approximately 300 to 350 square feet or roughly 320 lineal feet as a 4-inch stripe. This paint meets or exceeds current VOC regulations and satisfies the requirements of Federal Specification TT-P-01952E Types I and II. It is applied by pavement marking contractors and road maintenance crews.

This paint is intended for use on cured asphalt, concrete, brick, and other street or highway surfaces including parking lots and roadways. It is a water-based latex formulation that cleans up with soap and warm water. Do not apply to wet surfaces. Apply using an airless line sprayer at 1800 to 2700 psi with a .015 to .019 inch tip, or use a conventional line sprayer at 20 to 80 psi atomization pressure. Do not apply with a brush or roller. Thin with water up to 12.5 percent by volume if required.
