Resideo V8044A1143/U is a 24 Vac two-position diverting zone valve assembly designed for hydronic control. The unit combines an actuator and three-way valve body with a spring-return actuator and manual opener for operation during power loss. It provides a nominal open time of 30 seconds, Cv = 4, static pressure rating 125 psi, and 18-inch electrical leads for connection to low-voltage controls.

  • 24 Vac two-position actuator with spring return, nominal open ~30 seconds; power consumption 7.7 VA, current draw 0.32 A
  • Three-way diverting body (Port A normally closed) with flow coefficient Cv = 4 and maximum differential close-off 20 psi
