Product Description
The Resideo TWLD3005-001/U is an L2 WiFi water leak detector sensor and switch that protects 24-volt HVAC equipment by detecting condensate overflow or water contact via a 5 ft sensor cable. The hardwired unit provides local LED indication and a 100 dBA on-site alarm, and sends WiFi push notifications and email alerts to identify overflow events and trigger dry-contact switching to stop connected equipment.
- Hardwired to 24-volt HVAC equipment using dry contacts to switch equipment on or off when water is detected
- WiFi connectivity with mobile push notifications and on-site alerts including LED indicators and a 100 dBA alarm
- Includes a 5 ft sensor cable (extendable), reusable after drying, and supports vertical or horizontal floor/surface mounting
