Honeywell REM5000R1001/U is a portable comfort control that provides room-level temperature sensing and control for RedLINK-enabled HVAC systems. The device uses a thermistor sensor, supports both zoned and non-zoned applications, and provides auto or manual changeover. It is battery powered (3 AA) with an optional corded power connection, supports up to 16 RedLINK thermostats, and includes a touchscreen backlit display, audible pager, screen-lock, and backup to resume control after power loss.
