The HONEYWELL RDT-QC/S/MBK is the Miller Revolution full body safety harness designed for workers operating at height in industrial, construction, and trade environments. Sized for small to medium builds, this harness supports a maximum capacity of 400 pounds and features quick-connect buckles for fast donning and doffing without sacrificing a secure fit. The harness uses DualTech webbing, which combines a soft, textured inner surface for wearer comfort during extended use with a durable, chemical-resistant polyester outer layer built to withstand harsh jobsite conditions. Licensed trades including electricians, HVAC installers, and pipefitters working on elevated equipment will find this harness suited to their daily fall-protection needs.
This harness is intended for use in residential, commercial, and industrial applications where OSHA-compliant fall protection is required. Typical installations include rooftop HVAC service, elevated pipe runs, electrical panel work on multi-story structures, and general construction tasks above six feet. The small to medium sizing accommodates a wide range of body types, and the quick-connect hardware reduces setup time when moving between anchor points or work zones.
Designed as an OEM-style full body safety harness compatible with standard dorsal D-ring and sternal connection fall arrest systems meeting ANSI Z359 and OSHA 29 CFR 1926.502 requirements.
Fall protection equipment must be inspected before each use by the wearer and formally inspected at intervals required by the authority having jurisdiction. A competent person as defined by OSHA standards should oversee fit adjustment and anchor point selection prior to any work at elevation. Power down or de-energize nearby electrical equipment before donning the harness in electrical service environments. Remove the harness from service immediately following any fall event and do not return it to use until it has been inspected and cleared by a qualified person.
