The HONEYWELL AM100-UPEX-1LF/U Thermostatic Mixing Valve is a 1/2 inch Union PEX valve designed for hot and cold water service. It features a Teflon-coated, nickel-plated low lead brass body, ensuring durability and preventing mineral build-up. This adjustable valve maintains and limits hot water temperature settings, providing anti-scald and anti-chill protection while increasing safe, usable hot water. It operates reliably at a minimum flow of 0.5 gpm and a maximum pressure of 150 psi.
