The HONEYWELL 27-0513B/6XS is a knit-style cut, puncture, and abrasion-resistant glove designed for trade and industrial work environments where hand protection against sharp edges and rough surfaces is required. Built from a 13-gauge HPPE shell, these gloves carry an ANSI/ISEA Cut Resistance Level A7 rating and an ANSI/ISEA Puncture Resistance Level 4 rating, placing them among the higher-performing cut-protection options for hands-on trades. The palm and fingertips are coated with microfoam nitrile, providing grip on both dry and lightly wet surfaces. The overall glove length measures 11 inches. These gloves are sold as a pair in an X-Small (numeric size 6) unisex fit and are suitable for electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, and pool service professionals handling sheet metal, copper pipe, or mechanical components.
These gloves are appropriate for residential and commercial trade work where ANSI/ISEA A7 cut protection is specified. The microfoam nitrile palm coating makes them well-suited for gripping fittings, conduit, and sheet metal fabrications. The knit HPPE construction and knit cuff provide dexterity without sacrificing protection. The EN 388 rating of 4X44F confirms performance across abrasion, cut, tear, and puncture categories under European standards as well. The X-Small sizing suits smaller hand profiles in unisex applications. These are not rated as a blood-borne pathogen barrier and are not FDA approved for medical use.
Designed as a general-purpose cut and puncture protection glove for trade professionals handling sharp materials such as sheet metal, copper tubing, conduit, and mechanical components in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related service trades.
Inspect gloves before each use for tears, punctures, or coating degradation that could reduce protection levels. Replace gloves immediately if the shell or coating shows signs of damage. These gloves are not rated as a blood-borne pathogen barrier and should not be used as a substitute for appropriate PPE where biological hazard exposure is a concern. Follow applicable OSHA hand protection standards and site-specific PPE requirements when selecting and using cut-resistant gloves.
