The HOMEWERKS WORLDWIDE LLC 7223-20-38-5 is a 20-inch universal stainless steel faucet connector designed for residential and light commercial plumbing supply line installations. Built from stainless steel braided construction, this connector bridges the supply stop valve to the faucet inlet with a flexible, durable line that resists corrosion and burst pressure common in potable water systems. The universal end configuration supports multiple fitting types, eliminating the need to stock separate connectors for different faucet inlet sizes. It is installed by licensed plumbers and experienced DIYers during faucet replacement, remodel rough-in, or supply line upgrades.
This connector is suited for kitchen and bathroom faucet supply line applications where inlet and outlet fitting sizes vary by fixture. The multi-fit end design accepts 3/8-inch compression, 1/2-inch compression, 1/2-inch female iron pipe (FIP), and 7/16-inch compression connections, covering the majority of residential faucet supply configurations. The 20-inch length provides enough slack to route around cabinet interiors and accommodate standard under-sink rough-in depths without kinking or straining the line.
Designed as a universal OEM-style replacement or new-installation supply line for residential faucets with 3/8-inch compression, 1/2-inch compression, 1/2-inch female iron pipe, or 7/16-inch compression inlet connections.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or qualified tradesperson. Shut off the water supply at the stop valve and relieve line pressure before removing the existing connector. Hand-tighten fittings first, then snug with a wrench — do not overtighten, as compression fittings can crack if over-torqued. Verify all connections for drips after restoring supply pressure, per IPC service and repair guidelines.
