Home Impressions PTC903 Black Ceramic Space Heater 1500W

Product Description

The HOME IMPRESSIONS PTC903 is a portable ceramic space heater designed for supplemental electric heating in residential and light-commercial spaces. It operates at two selectable heat output levels, 1000 watts and 1500 watts, allowing the user to match heat output to room size and conditions. An adjustable thermostat provides setpoint control rather than fixed-output operation. The housing is cool-touch rated, and the unit includes automatic overheat protection and auto shut-off for unattended operation. A built-in carry handle supports easy relocation between rooms or job sites. The PTC903 is ETL listed, confirming it has been evaluated to recognized North American safety standards.

The PTC903 is suited for residential bedrooms, offices, workshops, and similar enclosed spaces requiring supplemental heat. Its compact form factor and dual wattage settings make it practical for situations where a dedicated HVAC zone is unavailable or where temporary heat is needed during a service call or construction phase. The unit plugs into a standard 120-volt household circuit. No ductwork, gas supply, or refrigerant handling is required, making it accessible to a wide range of trades and end users.

Installation Notes

The PTC903 requires no hardwired installation and is operated by plugging into a grounded 120-volt outlet rated for the unit's maximum 1500W draw. Ensure the circuit is not shared with other high-draw appliances to avoid tripping breakers. Place the unit on a stable, level, non-flammable surface away from flammable materials, water sources, and high-traffic pathways. Do not use with an extension cord unless the cord is rated for the full wattage of the unit.
