The HOME-FLEX 18-445-010 IPS size Yellow Poly Gas Pipe Transition Fitting allows a transition from MDPE Yellow Poly Gas Pipe to metal pipe. One end connects to poly pipe using HOME-FLEX Underground fittings. The other end has steel Male Pipe Threads for coupling to metal gas pipe. Be sure to use an appropriate thread sealant on the pipe threads.

• Requires the HOME-FLEX underground coupler to connect to your run of yellow poly gas pipe
