The HOLDRITE HR724112 Strut Mount Insulation Coupling is an acoustical support designed to eliminate metal-to-metal contact between piping, clamps, and strut. This coupling resists various harsh materials, including fuels, oils, gases, greases, solvents, and mineral acids. It facilitates adding or removing piping without disturbing adjacent lines, making it suitable for overhead insulated pipe installations. The assembly includes clamp halves with welded fasteners and a locknut, compatible with elastomeric and fiberglass insulation for 1-1/8 inch O.D. pipe with 1/2 inch insulation.
