The HOLDRITE HFPE4 Hydroflame Pro Series Extension Sleeve is designed for #4 Fire Stop Sleeves with metal or plastic pipes and #5 Hollow Sleeves. It extends the height of HydroFlame Pro Series sleeves. It is ideal for concrete pours over 12 inches and connects to safety caps, water dams, water modules, and the underside of sleeves.

• Used with #4 firestop sleeves and #5 hollow sleeves
• Extends the height of HOLDRITE HydroFlame Pro Series sleeves by as much as 43/4 in 1/4” increments
• No coupling needed for connection to sleeves
