The Holdrite HFPE4 is a HydroFlame Pro Series extension sleeve designed for use with #4 firestop sleeves and #5 hollow sleeves. This product can extend the height of HydroFlame Pro Series sleeves by up to four and three-quarters inches in one-quarter inch increments.

• Compatible with #4 firestop and #5 hollow sleeves
• No coupling is needed for connecting to sleeves
• Ideal for concrete pours greater than twelve inches
