Product Description

HoldRite HF200-5B is an elastomeric water-based single-component non-sag intumescent firestop sealant. It is suited for dynamic conditions, making it ideal for various applications. Use this firestop sealant for both new and existing penetrations in interior rated gypsum, concrete, and block walls. It is also effective for rated concrete floors, concrete over metal decking, and wood floor ceiling assemblies.

When properly applied, HydroFlame 200 prevents smoke, gases, and flames from passing through openings around penetrating items. The sealant is ready to use and requires no thinning or mixing, making installation straightforward. It can be dispensed from any standard caulking gun or bulk loader designed for ten, twenty, or thirty-ounce packaging. Alternatively, it can be easily troweled from a five-gallon bucket. HydroFlame 200 UL systems are tested to provide a rating of up to four hours according to ASTM E814, UL 1479, and CAN/ULC-S115 standards.
