The HOLDRITE 117-8BP is a Blind Plug No-Hub Fitting Restraint designed for no-hub cast iron installations. This restraint follows the instructions of U.S. cast iron soil pipe manufacturers, adhering to CISPI Designation 301-18 and 310-18 as well as the 2006 CISPI Installation Handbook. It secures plugs to adjoining pipes using stainless steel bands tightened to a minimum torque of sixty in/lbs. This achieves a thrust pressure rating equivalent to fifty feet of water pressure.
