The Hoffman UBP is a blank adapter plate designed for disconnect enclosures. It effectively covers flange cutouts when disconnects are not installed. This feature enhances the functionality of disconnect enclosures, allowing their use as regular Type 12 enclosures. When utilizing the UBP model, these enclosures can also function as Type 4 enclosures. Constructed from heavy gauge steel, this adapter plate comes with an oil-resistant gasket that provides a dust-tight and oil-tight seal.
