The HILLMAN FASTENERS 48888 is a 185-piece pack of #9 x 1-1/4 inch Power Pro Cement Board Screws designed for fastening cement board to wood or light-gauge metal studs. Each screw features a Type 17 point that pierces wood and metal studs ranging from 26 to 20 gauge, a high-low thread design that drives cleanly through dense cement board, and a twist shank that prevents board cracking while clearing debris. An epoxy coating provides corrosion resistance for both interior and exterior applications, including use with treated wood. The pack includes a T20 Pro-Stik bit for stable, one-hand driving operation. Installed by tile setters, carpenters, and general contractors.
