The HILLMAN FASTENERS 375301 is a Phillips flat head tapper concrete screw designed for anchoring into concrete, masonry, and similar hard substrates. Each screw measures 3/16 inches in diameter by 1-3/4 inches in length and features a Blue Perma-Seal corrosion-resistant coating. The flat head profile sits flush at the surface for a clean, low-profile installation. This 100-pack includes a drill bit sized for the correct pilot hole. With a 1-1/4 inch embedment depth, these screws deliver an ultimate tension load of 1,060 pounds and an ultimate shear load of 1,250 pounds in 4,000 psi concrete. Contractors, masons, and general tradespeople use these fasteners for anchoring plates, brackets, and fixtures to concrete surfaces.
These concrete screws are suited for residential and light commercial applications where a flush-mount, removable anchor is needed. Typical uses include securing sill plates, electrical conduit straps, junction box brackets, and structural blocking to poured concrete or concrete block. The included installation bit makes this a ready-to-use package for job-site efficiency. The Blue Perma-Seal coating provides corrosion resistance appropriate for interior and protected exterior installations.
Designed as a direct-thread tapper concrete screw for use in poured concrete, concrete block, and similar masonry substrates with a minimum concrete compressive strength of 4,000 psi as tested.
Installation requires drilling a pilot hole to the correct diameter and depth before driving the screw. A hammer drill is recommended for concrete substrates. Power down any nearby electrical circuits before drilling into concrete walls or floors, and verify no embedded conduit or rebar is present in the drill path. Follow applicable building codes and manufacturer embedment requirements for structural applications.
