The HILLMAN FASTENERS 375295 is a hex washer head tapper concrete screw anchor designed for direct fastening into concrete, block, and masonry without requiring a separate anchor insert. Each screw measures 1/4 inch in diameter by 2-1/4 inches in length and features a Blue Perma-Seal coating for corrosion resistance. The 1-1/2 inch embedment depth delivers an ultimate tension load of 1,850 lb in 4,000 psi concrete and an ultimate shear load of 2,270 lb in 4,000 psi concrete. The pack includes 100 screws and a drill bit. Licensed contractors, structural installers, and experienced tradespeople select this anchor for reliable masonry attachment.
This anchor is suited for residential and commercial applications where direct concrete or masonry fastening is required. Typical use cases include attaching wood sill plates, metal tracks, electrical conduit supports, equipment bases, and structural brackets to poured concrete or concrete block. The included drill bit simplifies layout and installation on the job site. The hex washer head provides solid bearing surface and is driven with standard hex tooling.
Designed as a direct-embed concrete screw anchor for use in poured concrete, concrete block, and masonry substrates where a 1/4 inch diameter tapper-style anchor is specified.
Installation is typically performed by licensed contractors or qualified tradespeople working under applicable building codes. Before installing, confirm the concrete substrate has reached adequate cure strength and is free of voids near the fastening location. Drill the pilot hole to the correct diameter and minimum depth using the included bit, then clear debris from the hole before driving the screw. Do not overtorque — seating the hex washer head flush against the base material is sufficient.
