The HILLMAN FASTENERS 375287 is a hex washer head tapper concrete screw anchor designed for direct fastening into concrete, block, and masonry without the need for a separate anchor insert. Each anchor measures 3/16 inches in diameter by 1-3/4 inches in length and features a Blue Perma-Seal corrosion-resistant coating. The 1-1/4 inch embedment depth delivers an ultimate tension load of 1,060 lb and an ultimate shear load of 1,250 lb in 4,000 psi concrete. The package includes 100 anchors and the required installation bit, making it a ready-to-use solution for licensed contractors and experienced tradespeople working with concrete substrates.
These concrete screw anchors are suited for a wide range of commercial and residential applications, including securing electrical conduit straps, pipe hangers, junction box brackets, equipment supports, and framing tracks to poured concrete or concrete masonry unit walls and floors. The hex washer head style seats flush under standard wrenches and power drivers, making it practical for overhead and side-wall installations where torque control matters. The included drill bit ensures the correct pilot hole diameter is always on hand at the job site.
Designed for use in poured concrete and concrete masonry substrates with a minimum compressive strength of 4,000 psi. Suitable for use with standard hex-head power drivers and impact drivers that accept 1/4 inch hex shank bits.
Installation is performed by licensed electricians, plumbers, and mechanical contractors for anchoring trade infrastructure to concrete. Drill a pilot hole to the correct diameter and depth using the included bit before driving the anchor. Follow IBC and applicable local code requirements for minimum edge distance and anchor spacing when loads are critical. Do not overdrive — set torque to manufacturer-specified values for the anchor size to avoid stripping the thread engagement in the base material.
