The hex washer head (HWH) features a V-neck design that adds clamping strength and resists head pop-out under load. The coating system applies 2.5 mils of powder with a chromate sealer for enhanced corrosion resistance beyond standard painted-head fasteners. A built-in EPDM rubber washer is vulcanized to a steel backing washer, forming a weather-tight seal even when the screw is driven slightly off-angle. A Pro-Stick bit is included.
