The HES 8500-12/24D-613-LBSM is an electric strike designed for mortise locksets that require a fire rating. This unit operates on 12 or 24 volts DC or AC and features a clever design that minimizes installation difficulties. It meets NFPA 80-07 guidelines for fire-rated frame retrofits and requires no cutting to the face of the frame during surface mounting.
