The HES 8000-12/24D-LBM is an electric strike designed for use with cylindrical locksets. This model operates on twelve to twenty-four Vdc and features a latchbolt monitor for added security. The installation process is straightforward; simply remove the existing strike plate and realign it without the need for frame cutting. The strike accommodates latchbolts with a throw of up to five-eighths of an inch. This unit allows for field selection between fail-safe and fail-secure operation, making it adaptable for different security needs.
