The HERTEL SZ0016C is a solid carbide abrasive bur with a cylinder-with-flat-end head profile, designed for material removal, deburring, and surface finishing in metal fabrication and machining applications. The double-cut tooth style produces a faster cut rate and finer finish than single-cut geometry, making it well suited for ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and hard alloys. The head is uncoated solid carbide, delivering the hardness and wear resistance required for demanding grinding tasks. With a 5/32-inch cutting diameter and a 1/2-inch length of cut, this bur is sized for detail work in tight or contoured areas.
