The HERTEL K008144AS is a 6-32 UNC straight-flute hand tap machined from high speed steel with a bright, uncoated finish. It cuts right-hand internal threads in through-holes and blind holes across a range of workpiece materials. The taper chamfer eases thread entry, making it well-suited for starting threads by hand or with a tap wrench.
