The HERTEL E899921311 is a square end mill designed for general-purpose milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Built from high speed steel (HSS) with a titanium nitride (TiN) coating, it offers improved surface hardness and wear resistance over uncoated HSS tooling. The cutter measures 3/4 inch in diameter with a 2-1/4 inch length of cut and a 5-1/4 inch overall length. A 30-degree spiral flute geometry and right-hand cut, right-hand flute configuration make it suited for conventional and climb milling in CNC machining centers, knee mills, and manual milling machines.
