The HERTEL E8031056 is a single-end square end mill designed for general-purpose milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Built from M7 high speed steel and finished with a TiN (titanium nitride) coating, it delivers extended tool life and reduced heat buildup during cuts. The 7/8 inch diameter and 4-flute spiral geometry produce clean, accurate square-shoulder profiles, slots, and pockets. With a 30-degree helix angle and right-hand cutting and flute direction, it moves chips efficiently and maintains stable cutting at moderate speeds.
