The HERTEL E599924545 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metalworking and machining applications. Built from micrograin solid carbide, it delivers the hardness and wear resistance required for demanding cuts in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The double-end configuration provides two usable cutting ends, extending tool life between changes. With a 30-degree helix angle and centercutting capability, this end mill handles both peripheral and plunge cuts. It runs uncoated, making it well-suited for applications where coating compatibility or re-sharpening is a consideration.
This end mill is intended for use in vertical machining centers, knee mills, and CNC milling machines where tight tolerances and clean finishes are required.
