With a 0.125 inch (1/8 inch) cutting diameter and 4-flute spiral geometry at a 30-degree helix angle, it delivers efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes in a compact profile. The M42 cobalt substrate provides elevated heat resistance compared to standard HSS, making it suitable for harder steels and stainless applications. A titanium nitride (TiN) coating further extends tool life by reducing friction and surface wear.
