The HERTEL E4050022 is a cobalt square end mill designed for metal removal in milling operations across a range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, this double-end tool features a TiN (titanium nitride) coating that extends cutting life and reduces friction at the tool face. The 30-degree spiral flute geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation. With a 0.3438-inch cutting diameter, a 9/16-inch length of cut, and a 3/8-inch shank diameter, this end mill fits standard tool holders used in manual mills, knee mills, and CNC machining centers.
