The HERTEL E2110108 is a cobalt ball end mill designed for milling operations that require a full-radius cutting profile. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, it delivers excellent heat and wear resistance in difficult-to-machine materials including stainless steels, high-temperature alloys, and hardened steels. The 1.125-inch diameter cutter features a 2-flute, right-hand spiral geometry with a 30-degree helix angle, providing a balance of chip clearance and surface finish quality. With a 2.25-inch length of cut and 4.75-inch overall length, this single-end mill is suited for deep-cavity and contour milling applications where reach and rigidity both matter.
