The HERTEL E2080032 is a 2-flute cobalt square end mill designed for milling operations in ferrous and high-temperature alloy materials. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, this tool delivers heat resistance and edge retention that standard HSS tooling cannot match. It carries a 0.5 inch mill diameter, a 2 inch length of cut, and a 4 inch overall length, making it a long-series tool suited for deeper reach applications. The bright, uncoated finish is ready for use as-received or can be paired with cutting fluid for extended tool life. A licensed machinist or toolroom technician is the typical end user.

This end mill fits standard milling machine spindles and CNC machining centers that accept a 0.5 inch straight shank.
