The double-end configuration provides two usable cutting ends, extending tool life between replacements. Four spiral flutes at a 30-degree helix angle promote chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. Constructed from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, this tool offers good heat and wear resistance without a coating, making it well-suited for applications where uncoated tooling is preferred or required.
