The HERTEL E2050019 is a cobalt square end mill designed for material removal in milling applications across a range of ferrous and work-hardened materials. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, this tool offers improved heat and wear resistance compared to standard HSS end mills. It features a 19/64 inch (0.2969 inch) cutting diameter, a 9/16 inch length of cut, and a 30-degree helix angle with spiral fluting. The double-end configuration provides two usable cutting ends, extending tool life between changes. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute geometry make this a standard-direction tool compatible with conventional milling setups.

This end mill is suited for use in manual mills, knee mills, and CNC machining centers where a smaller-diameter finishing or profiling pass is required. The 3/8 inch shank diameter fits standard collets and end mill holders commonly found in job shops, toolrooms, and maintenance machining environments.
