The HERTEL E1051017 is a double-end square end mill machined from M7 high speed steel. It cuts a 17/64 inch (0.2656 inch) diameter path with a length of cut of 11/16 inch (0.6875 inch). The 3/8 inch shank fits standard milling machine collets and tool holders. Four spiral flutes with a 30-degree helix angle clear chips efficiently during peripheral and slot milling operations. The right-hand cut, right-hand flute geometry is standard for conventional and climb milling.
