The HERTEL E1034064 is a single-end, square-profile end mill designed for milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Built from M7 high speed steel, it delivers reliable wear resistance in conventional milling setups where coated or carbide tooling is not required. The cutter runs a 1-inch mill diameter with a 4-inch length of cut and a 30-degree helix angle on spiral flutes. At 6.5 inches overall length, this is a long-length configuration suited for reaching into deep pockets and slots. Four flutes provide a balance of chip clearance and surface contact. The shank diameter matches the mill diameter at 1 inch, making it compatible with standard ER and end mill holders in that bore size.
