The HERTEL E1030902 is a 2-flute, single-end square end mill designed for general-purpose milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Ground from M7 high speed steel and left uncoated, it runs well in shops where regrinding is routine. The tool measures 0.625 inches in diameter with a 1.125-inch length of cut and a 0.500-inch straight shank. Overall length is 3.125 inches. The 30-degree right-hand spiral flute geometry promotes chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces across a range of conventional milling operations. Centercutting geometry allows direct plunge entry without a pre-drilled hole.
