The HERTEL C430L7500-C4 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for aggressive material removal in milling operations. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with TiCN, this tool delivers hardness and heat resistance suited to ferrous and non-ferrous machining. The 3/4-inch diameter body features four right-hand flutes with a chipbreaker geometry that breaks chips into shorter segments, reducing recutting and heat buildup. With a 2.25-inch length of cut and a 5-inch overall length, it handles standard roughing passes in vertical and horizontal milling machines and machining centers. Installed by machinists and CNC operators working in production and job-shop environments.

This end mill is suited for roughing applications in milling operations where high material removal rates are required before finish passes. The TiCN coating improves wear resistance and reduces friction at the cutting edge. Center-cutting capability allows plunge entry into the workpiece.
