The HERTEL 91197541 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for aggressive material removal in milling applications. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel with a bright, uncoated finish, it handles tough ferrous and non-ferrous materials where standard HSS tooling falls short. The cutter measures 10 mm (0.3937 inches) in diameter with a 22 mm (0.866 inch) length of cut and an overall length of 72 mm. Four right-hand spiral flutes with a fine pitch profile break chips efficiently, reducing heat buildup and cutting forces during roughing passes. Centercutting geometry allows plunge milling in addition to peripheral cuts.
