The HERTEL 91196774 is a single-end roughing end mill engineered for aggressive material removal in ferrous and difficult-to-machine metals. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel and coated with TiCN for increased surface hardness and heat resistance, this tool is designed to handle interrupted cuts and heavy chip loads that would quickly wear a standard end mill. It features 4 flutes with a fine pitch arrangement and a right-hand cutting direction, producing the controlled chip evacuation needed in roughing operations. At 16 mm in diameter with a 63 mm length of cut and 123 mm overall length, it fits standard tool holders used on CNC mills and manual knee mills alike.
