The HERTEL 91193102 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for aggressive material removal in milling applications. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, it carries a TiN coating and features a coarse-pitch flute geometry that breaks chips efficiently and reduces cutting forces at the tool. The cutter measures 13/16 inches (0.8125 inches) in diameter with a 3/4-inch shank, a 1-7/8-inch length of cut, and a 4-1/8-inch overall length. Four right-hand flutes and right-hand cutting direction are standard. Center-cutting geometry allows plunge entry. Licensed machinists and tool-and-die professionals are the primary users of this tool.

This roughing end mill is suited for roughing passes in ferrous and non-ferrous metals on vertical mills, knee mills, and CNC machining centers.
