The HERTEL 89319057 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metal cutting and machining applications. With an 11/16 inch cutting diameter, a 1-3/8 inch length of cut, and a 3/4 inch shank diameter, this tool delivers the rigidity and dimensional accuracy that machinists demand in production environments. The micrograin carbide substrate supports sharp edge retention across a range of workpiece materials. The 30-degree right-hand helix promotes efficient chip evacuation, and the centercutting geometry allows plunge entry as well as conventional profiling. This is a single-end, uncoated tool intended for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills by qualified machinists and tooling professionals.
This end mill is suited for general-purpose milling operations including slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling in shop and production settings. The regular length configuration and 4 inch overall length make it a practical fit for standard toolholders and collet chucks. The right-hand cutting direction and right-hand flute direction align with conventional spindle rotation on most vertical machining centers.
