The HERTEL 84511807 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for aggressive material removal in ferrous and high-strength alloy applications. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel and coated with Titanium Nitride (TiN), it delivers extended tool life under heavy chip loads. The mill measures 1.5 inches in diameter with a 0.75-inch shank, a 2-inch length of cut, and a 4.25-inch overall length. Three coarse-pitch flutes channel chips efficiently and reduce cutting forces. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute geometry make this a standard-orientation tool for conventional vertical and horizontal milling setups. Centercutting capability allows direct plunge entry without a pilot hole.
