The HERTEL 75987743 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for aggressive material removal in milling applications. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, it delivers heat and wear resistance needed for interrupted cuts and difficult-to-machine alloys. The 3-flute, coarse-pitch geometry reduces cutting forces and chip packing during heavy roughing passes. A TiCN coating adds surface hardness and lubricity, extending tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. With a 3/4 inch cutting diameter and 4 inch length of cut, this tool handles deep-pocket roughing and side-milling operations on vertical mills, horizontals, and CNC machining centers.

This end mill is suited for job shops, tool rooms, and production environments where stock removal rate is the priority before finishing passes.
