The HERTEL 750675 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision metal removal in milling applications. It features a 13/32 inch (0.4063 inch) cutting diameter and a 1 inch length of cut, making it well suited for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling operations. The 2-flute geometry combined with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation. A titanium nitride (TiN) coating increases surface hardness and wear resistance. Micrograin carbide construction provides rigidity and edge retention in demanding cutting conditions. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC machine operators working with metalcutting equipment.

This end mill is used in vertical and horizontal milling machines, CNC machining centers, and manual knee mills. It is suited for cutting steel, cast iron, aluminum, and similar machinable metals in job shop, production, and maintenance machining environments. The center-cutting design allows plunge entry directly into the workpiece, enabling ramping and pocket milling operations without a pre-drilled pilot hole.
