The HERTEL 750651 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal, composite, and hard material applications. With a 3/16 inch cutting diameter and a 1-1/8 inch length of cut, this single-end tool delivers consistent performance in slotting, profiling, and contouring work. The 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation, while the Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating extends tool life by reducing friction and wear at the cutting edge. Built from micrograin carbide stock, it holds tighter tolerances and resists chipping better than standard carbide grades. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals are the primary users of this end mill.
This end mill is suited for use in CNC machining centers, manual mills, and high-speed spindle applications where a small-diameter finishing or roughing tool is needed. The 3/16 inch shank diameter matches the cutting diameter, making it compatible with standard collet systems and toolholders set up for that bore size. Right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction make it the conventional choice for standard spindle setups.
