The HERTEL 750637 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It features a 1/8 inch cutting diameter, three flutes, and a 30-degree helix angle that promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. The AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) coating increases surface hardness and heat resistance, extending tool life in dry or high-speed machining environments. This single-end configuration is suited for profiling, slotting, and finishing operations where tight tolerances and a square shoulder profile are required. The micrograin carbide substrate provides rigidity and wear resistance in demanding applications.

This end mill is used in CNC machining centers and manual mills for light to medium material removal in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and high-temperature alloys.
