The HERTEL 750529 is a 3-flute solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance material removal in milling operations. Built from micrograin carbide and finished with an AlTiN coating, this end mill handles elevated cutting temperatures and provides extended tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous applications. The 1/2 inch cutting diameter pairs with a 2 inch length of cut, making it well suited for moderate-depth slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling. The 30-degree helix angle promotes smooth chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces. Centercutting geometry allows this tool to be plunged directly into the workpiece. Licensed machinists and CNC operators are the primary installers.

This end mill is used in CNC machining centers and manual knee mills for slotting, contouring, and full-width cutting operations. The 1/2 inch shank diameter fits standard R8, ER, and side-lock tool holders common in job shops, production environments, and toolrooms.
